I am a former corporate leader turned high-performance coach with over 20 years of experience, committed to empowering professionals and entrepreneurs to thrive. From holding senior operational and leadership roles at John Lewis in the retail industry to building a multi-million-pound international referral marketing business, I have discovered my true purpose in guiding others toward their fullest potential. Over the last two decades, I have worked and collaborated with brands including the NHS, Manchester Evening News, Drapers, Newcastle City Council, Samaritans, Richard McCann’s iCan Academy, and many more.

Accredited in high-performance coaching (including the psychology of human behaviour) by Tony Robbins and a Mastery Method Coach certified by the Institute of Coaching Mastery, I offer coaching and consultancy services both online and offline. As an accomplished speaker, I have addressed audiences ranging from small teams to 3,000+ at events and within organisations, offering leadership insights, motivation and business direction.
